Information we collect

We collect the information you provide when you create a request or an account: your name, email address, company, the requirement you describe or configure, and any files you attach.

How we use it

Requirement details are used to source your request and to prepare quotation options. Contact details are used to reach you about your requests and your account.

When a requirement is taken to market, your identity is not disclosed by default. You can choose to be identified if you prefer.

Attachments

Files you upload are stored privately and are accessible only through authorized access. They are not published and are not indexed by search engines.

Analytics

We may measure aggregate site usage, such as which pages lead to a request being started. Requirement contents, configurations, file names, quotation contents and customer or supplier details are never sent to analytics tools.

Retention and contact

Requests and account records are retained so that you and 46 Systems have a record of past sourcing activity. To ask about the information we hold, or to request its deletion, email info@46systems.com.
